The Exterior may be rented at discounted rate of $150/hr. One interior room would be made available for hair/makeup/wardrobe. Please contact us for custom pricing if you'd like to rent only the exterior. INTERIOR SPACE: Available rooms: Master Bedroom, Master Bath, 3 regular size bedrooms, Walk-in Closets, Grand Foyer, Kitchen, Den, Guest Rooms, Living Room, Dining area, Bathrooms. MOVING FURNITURE: As there are lots of large pieces of furniture or artwork being moved must be approved by the homeowner beforehand. PARKING: There is plenty of parking on the property for equipment trucks and cast/crew. Unlimited parking spaces on the residential street as well. Available all days 8am-11pm.
