Available 7-days a week | 7AM-10PM Private Events Our large but intimate industrial-chic space (for up to 20 people) is located directly on the water in Princeton by the Sea, within walking distance of various beaches, hiking trails, water sports, and restaurants. The space includes full use of the first two floors (minus the garage), and half use of the third floor. There are two balconies with one overlooking the ocean + a patio with direct beach access. Breathtaking views inside and out, as well as unique artwork and industrial chic design. Come see for yourself!
