The Pine Tree Beach House sits atop the bluff at the end of 19th Avenue in the Live Oak District of Santa Cruz. The view, the sound of the surf, the smell of pine and eucalyptus, and the salt air make this a special spot for your event. The great room overlooks Monterey Bay and gives you an unobstructed view of the water and the beach south to 26th Avenue. The great room doors open onto the balcony, expanding the space and the views. There are two tables to accommodate up to 14 people. Or, the room can be configured classroom style to accommodate up to 20 people. And, everyone has a view! At the end of the day, the back yard deck provides its own views and makes a nice place to gather around the fire pit to watch the sunset and listen to the waves. The home has an entry ramp, an elevator, and bathrooms on both floors that are handicap accessible. Beach access varies by the season and the tides but is never more than a 5-minute walk from the house. The kitchen is fully stocked and available for cooking or catering.
