ABOUT THE VENUE The event space is located in the heart of Historic Ballard. This historic space features gorgeous finishes, exposed brick, marble bar-tops and two separate floors each with their own bar. The space includes a full kitchen for the caterer of your choice. We can host a wide variety of events including — private parties, corporate meetings, fundraisers, and wedding receptions. INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL • Complimentary Candles throughout space lit by the host (100) • Chairs (70) • Stools (32) • 12' banquet table (1) • 6' folding tables w/ black linens (8) • Bistro Tables (6) • Glassware — stemless wine, pint & rocks (100 each) • Glass water dispensers (2) • Ice Machine • Sound system (for use with iPod, mp3 player, or computer). Audio tech is not provided and will need to be staffed. DJ and/or band must provide their own systems. Internet. • Onsite Host during the Event to assist in a limited capacity and to answer questions. • Industrial Kitchen Use — prep table, convection oven, six burner range, WOLF grill, coffee maker • 500 MBS WIFI • Built-in tables and bar stools *This is the EVENT listing for our space — meant for evening and weekend bookings between 5pm and 12am. Please inquire under our OFFSITE or PRODUCTION listing for weekday bookings.* *Onsite support during events is limited to a day of host to answer basic questions and provide access so please plan accordingly. The space is essentially "yours" for the time requested, so we kindly ask that you treat our our space like your home. **Saturday rates may apply on holidays and Sundays over holiday weekends **Please inquire about December and New Year's Eve Rates

We deep clean and sanitize our space before and after each event — with a special focus on all high touch point areas. We have four bathrooms — two upstairs and two downstairs — for convenient handwashing. We also have sanitzer stations upstairs and downstairs with touch—free hand sanitizer.
