For presentations, team offsites, board meetings, depositions, retreats, and more. Nested in a coworking space on Bainbridge Island, this 20’x15’ room seats up to 10 comfortably and can be set up for more without tables. The meeting space has natural light from wide, high windows. A separate entry room is yours for setting out food or materials. In the coworking space you can arrange to use the private deck that to host a barbecue during beautiful warm weather days. A dedicated thermostat heats/cools the space to your comfort. You get plenty of visioning and brainstorming space with a large wall-mounted whiteboard plus a moveable whiteboard/flip chart tripod. A large monitor connects to your computer for slide presentations or video screenings. Fiber-based wi-fi is included for all participants. Four on-site restaurants offer Japanese, Indian, Mexican, and Mediterranean dishes, and can arrange delivery, or take a break and eat out with a waterfront view! You may also bring in your own food and beverage.
