1,450 sq. foot home conveniently located off the 10 freeway in South Santa Monica (near Venice and Mar Vista). Our home features a custom kitchen adorned with beautiful marble and brass hardware, vaulted ceilings, an island and a glass table with seating for 8. We have a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and wonderful lighting all through the day. Home also has a large master bedroom, a children's bedroom and two bathrooms. We have a large and modern backyard with grass, decks, large hedges and pebble patio as well as a deck off of the kitchen. We also have a separate converted garage/guest room, that is perfect for holding talent, hair/make-up/wardrobe and storing equipment and includes a rolling rack and a commercial steamer. The house has a driveway that is blocked half way with with a large, wooden fence, creating a completely private area in front of the converted garage. The home sits on a hill so out of windows are view of palm trees and the house has gorgeous light all day long. We also have a decorated front porch and modern door. It's perfect for fashion and other lifestyle shoots. We have hosted many shoots for fashion, lifestyle, commercials, video and social media content. Between the inside and outside we could fit 35-50 people. For very large crews and weekends we may require a higher hourly rate so please inquire.
