Past shoots include: - Netflix (interview, documentary) - Converse (content shoot) - Skillshare.com (two separate video course shoots) - Mic.com (interview) - Dating app (video spot) - Luxury Chinese magazine (photoshoot) - Japanese show (documentary, team flew in from Japan) - Boudoir sessions (photoshoots) - Web series (pilot episode) - Photography training (held different sessions, team flew in from LA) - Film demo reels (company filmed multiple actors) Props: - Over 100 books - Over 100 plants (plants are replaced from time to time) - Artwork throughout the apartment - Additional frames and artwork that can be used as propping **ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE MOVED** Sectional Piano Bookshelves next to Sectional Map above Piano **MAX # OF PEOPLE** There is a max of 15 people in the space, however, if anyone else is needed for your shoot, there is a charge of $10 per person per hour). This must be discussed prior to you booking the space. **NO FREIGHT ELEVATOR ACCESS** The space is two flights up. The building is a former warehouse so the stairwells are large. Additional investment in COVID-19 precaution and safety equipment and protocols, including the only air purifier using True Medical Grade HEPA filtration (Austin Air) that filters particles down to 0.1 microns in size (COVID-19 is 0.125 microns in size). Used by FEMA and American Red Cross during 9/11, Hurricanes Sandy & Katrina and the 2015 SoCal gas leak. If you or your clients have any questions, please feel free to ask!
