Our space is a historic, luxury loft-space that features vintage chandeliers, pendant cage lighting, hardwood floors throughout, floor to ceiling natural light windows, and curated furnishings which provide an inviting atmosphere in the historic district of Elgin, IL. Providing space for 50 seated and standing, we offer luxury accommodations including a Lounge seating area complete with sofa, side chairs, coffee table, rug, along with accent décor, and additional in-house furnishings for our guests use, including a beautiful 14 ft. Harvest table and upholstered seating for 18. Located near I-90, nearby hotels, Metra station, and within walking distance of restaurants, breweries, and cafes, The Loft offers free street-side parking, and two free, enclosed parking garages within a short walk. The Elgin community supports the Arts, and is the home of the famed Elgin Symphony Orchestra, Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestra, Elgin Children’s Theatre, and The Hemmens Theatre. Restrooms and high touch areas are cleaned regularly throughout the duration of your event. An air purification system, along with UV light has been installed and runs throughout the duration of your event. Doors will be kept open as long as possible to provide natural airflow throughout the space, as well. Masks are available for those who don't bring one, as they enter the facility, along with signage requiring masks be worn. Touchless soap dispensers have been added to restrooms, as well as a touchless sanitizing station as you enter the facility.
