Lincoln Heights home/yard with 180-degree views from El Sereno to Dodger Stadium

COVID: All household members are fully vaccinated and boosted. However, one member is immune-compromised, so we would ask that for any interior shoots, crewmembers wear KN95s. Property: We have just wrapped an 18-month remodel project that made shoots here pretty difficult, and the fact that I'd have to reject 99% of requests killed my response time. I swear I'll work on getting it down from "within 48 hours" to my pre-pandemic "within 1-2 hours"! Bonus: We also now have an extra bathroom that clients are welcome to use during shoots. --------- Home on the hill above Lincoln Heights available for photo/film shoots. 600-square-foot gravel patio in the back affords views from El Sereno to Dodger Stadium lights, including downtown, County Hospital, and, on a clear day, the hills of Catalina Island and the Long Beach Harbor Bridge. Also, on the left side of the property there are stairs down to the fire pit, so there's three different levels to shoot and get the city in the background. Also would consider use of the interior for filming! Small house with 1920s periods details, great natural light in most rooms. Just let me know if you want to use it so I can de-clutter and tidy up.
