This gorgeous, modern venue converted a downtown corner space into one of Washington D.C.’s most sought after spaces for special events. The open, modernized layout is perfect for film screenings, photo, TV and video shoots. The 8,300 square foot space boasts 18 foot ceilings, exposed duct work and large windows with optional privacy blinds. There is exceptional lighting throughout with dimmable options and plenty of power distributed on separate circuits. Rigging points give clients additional design and decor options with places to hang anything from production equipment to chandeliers. Located in the heart of Washington, D.C., our event space is steps from Franklin Park and 2 blocks from the McPherson Square Metro with a parking garage also located in the building. It is walking distance to the Mall and the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
