The iQ SmartCenter is a state-of-the-art conference center located within the 655 West Broadway office building in Downtown San Diego. The Edison Boardroom is a spacious 1,200 square feet that can be set to your needs. The hourly rate includes (2) 85" monitors, 184" Projector Screen, (1) BTZ Camera, up to (2) wireless microphones or lav microphones, overhead speakers, tables, chairs, (1) whiteboard, customized directional signage, and more! || Technology || The Edison Room has 2 dual mounted 85" flat panel displays at the front of the room and a Projector Screen to the left for displaying content. The room comes with a control panel and a QuickStart Guide to easily help you start your meeting. Simple presentation, meeting or training? Use our HDMI to connect to the displays. Need to videoconference? Connect via the HDMI and USB to use the displays and camera function. || Room Arrangement Options || Room Capacity - 68 people per fire code Theater - 68 people (chairs only) Classroom - 24 people (chairs + table) Tight Classroom - 32 people (chairs + table) Boardroom - 30 people (chairs + table) U-Shape - 22 people (chairs + table) * Can opt for chairs inside U-Shape. || Catering || You are welcome to have food delivered or bring in food. For your reference Bruegger’s Bagels, and Coffee N Talk are onsite for quick and easy breakfast and lunch options. You can of course use any restaurant or caterer that you prefer. || Parking || We do offer on-site paid parking. You may pre-purchase parking validations for $15 before your event. iQ Smart Center has been treated with MicroShield 360, an anti-microbial coating which kills and prevents pathogens from living on surfaces. All elevator, restroom, and common area surfaces have also been treated. Hand sanitizer is available in the room, and all seating arrangements allow for 6' physical distancing between attendees.
