The space features a stunning 4,000 sq. ft open floor plan with 10.5 ft ceilings, tall windows around, polished concrete floors, 200 amps, freight elevator, multi-zone air conditioners and heaters (96,000 BTU), fiber wifi internet 100/20mbps and an abundance of natural mid-day entering from the North, East and South facing windows. We have had movie showings, dinners, launch parties, weddings, receptions, birthdays, art exhibits, conferences, expos, seminars, classes, panel speakers, etc~! Discount available for full-time students, 501c3 non-profits, ex-military and veterans.
