FAQs: * Is the location suitable for recording sound? Please note the home is located on PCH, so there may be some noise from the road. * Are there any additional fees to access the beach? Yes, access to the beach requires an additional fee, and a County of Ventura Permit is required. * Can we use the furniture shown in the pictures? Current furniture in the house may vary from the pictures shown. * Can we use the bathroom in the house? Production will need to provide a mobile bathroom for cast/crew. * Are permits required for shoots? Yes, all shoots must secure a permit from the County of Ventura and provide an additional insured certificate to the owners of the property.
