A large open kitchen is perfect for events and retreats. Two large living rooms allow separate looks and feels for filming or photography. The property has hosted parties up to 800 people, the house has accommodated guests up to 200. It is an ideal location for filming with 7 acres of available production parking adjacent and sits within the 30 mile zone. The ranch is discreetly tucked behind gates and walls for privacy. The ranch also is home to horses, goats and a variety of animals. Horse rental is available upon request. Photography and Film rates start at $125/hour for small crews. Larger shoots or events with more than 15 people are negotiable and rates are available upon request based on number of people.
