This space is a collective workspace. The building stands alone on Orange Ave. in the historic California Heights neighborhood in Long Beach, CA. Located next door to California Heights Market, visitors can enjoy an impressive selection of beer and wine. Price is $50/hr during weekdays, and $100/hr for evenings (starting at 5pm) and weekends. Access to the outdoor space must conclude by 8pm. For anyone wanting a more private space or recording any audio, the best time to book is in the evenings, and any time Sundays and Mondays. The welcoming and stylish workspace environment was designed by Marni Farmer of So Smitten Events. The space features a state-of-the-art photography studio, communal meeting space, hair/makeup chair, changing room, two restrooms, water dispenser, Keurig, plentiful free street parking, and heating and air conditioning.
