Perfect for rehearsals, day-shoots, seminars, presentations. ***AVAILABLE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE*** - Free street parking within a block or two - WiFi - Up to 90 banquet chairs and 5 banquet tables - Black-box theatre rehearsal cubes - Common area open to all rentals (not exclusive) with 2 bathrooms - Small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink, no stove or oven) - "Honor system" snack bar ***RATES*** Weekdays before 11pm: $50/hour Saturdays and Sundays: $75/hour Any hours after 11pm: $150/hour There will be a cleaning fee of $25 added to each booking. There is a 10% discount for booking more than 8 hours. These rates apply for up to 50 attendees. There is a surcharge of an additional $15/hour for 51-80 guests. ***ADDITIONAL SERVICES*** For additional fees, the following equipment and amenities are available. ALA CARTE SERVICES 55" Rolling television with internal speakers - $50 per rental Four banks of overhead LED lighting with 8 pre-set "looks" - $50 per rental (note that the LED lights can be re-focused with the use of our ladder) FILM AND PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO SERVICES Greenscreen Studio: 20'x10' greenscreen painted on the Main Studio south wall, and sound-baffling sound-stage curtains make this a perfect spot for greenscreen video and photographic shoots. Convenient load-in from the alley. If you wish to use the Greenscreen wall during your booking, the rental fee will be an additional $50 for the rental (for us to take down and re-hang our black curtains). LED Lighting Package: four banks of LED lights (total of 16 lights) which are easy to refocus. $50 additional fee.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation. Les annulations effectuées moins de 7 jours avant l'heure de début de l'événement ne sont pas remboursables. En savoir plus
