Sugar Pine Place is a charming 3-bedroom cottage in the woods near Lake Arrowhead, a 1.5 hour drive from L.A. It's a blue two-story 1937 house with white trim. Downstairs there's a parlor/dining room with light hardwood floors, a bay window and a big woodstove and fireplace. We have a front yard, stone-walled porch, and a fenced side yard with two picnic tables and party lights. The living room (which can also be used as a bedroom for filming) has a TV, comfy leather couch and loveseat, antique rug and looks out to the woods. The kitchen is an open plan with a wood breakfast or prep counter. The bathroom has an antique clawfoot tub and Moroccan-style tiles. Up a narrow staircase there's a half bath and three bedrooms (king, queen and twins) that all look out into the trees. You are welcome to use the garage for filming, parking or staging.
