Design and create with us in this bright and open studio; perfect for lifestyle photo and video shoots, especially food-related content! Our 1400 square feet studio is conveniently located just off from US 90/94 with easy street parking and just a 5-minute walk from the Irving Park Blue Line stop. Our space features: -13-foot ceilings -Ample natural light (huge, north and east facing windows. Blackout shades available) -Beautiful kitchen decked out with oversized subway tiles, white quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. -12-foot dining table mounted on casters, with seating for up to 14 people -Lounge area -Big screen TV mounted on a moveable stand -Bluetooth speaker to link straight up to your playlist -Surge protected power strip and charging cables -Spacious, single bathroom. -Street-level access For added convenience, if the space is not booked, equipment and other shoot related items may be dropped off the day prior to the scheduled shoot day. However, please note that we are not to be held liable/responsible for any damages/theft/other of any items left overnight. Security system is in use on premise. All furniture is able to be arranged to your preference! Ask about our custom orders; including coffee service, catering, and floral packages! ** WHILE ALL STREET PARKING IS FREE, PLEASE BE AWARE OF RUSH HOUR PARKING RESTRICTIONS: 7am-9am on the West Side of Pulaski, and 4pm-6pm on the east side of Pulaski.**

In accordance with guidelines from the CDC, the space is cleaned and disinfected after every rental. THERE IS $150 ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE FOR THE USE OF CONFETTI IN OUR STUDIO, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 7 jours à 24 heures avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
