Our state-of-the-art studio/stage offers two stages; a news/broadcast/panel/interview set and white/green three wall which is often used for corporate, photography, interview and talk show sets. Each of the sets is pre-lit and easily designed. We are ready to provide our stages for your photography and video project. Soundproof and private, with Arri Sky-panels, Fresnels and much more available for your use. We have a combined 40 years of production experience and have an amazingly versatile space for your shooting needs. We are close to the 105, 405, LAX and a ton of restaurants, grocery/coffee shops and much more! The Traditional White/Green Stage Our main stage has been used for countless projects from corporate videos, castings, documentaries, independent films, podcasts and much much more. The set features 5 Arri Sky-panels and can be easily converted into a full green set. Broadcast/Podcast Stage Our add-on broadcast stage features a collection of amazing features; including 4 primary key lights, 4 rim/back lights, 5 soffit lights, 1 spot, 3 column and 1 border light - all instantly configurable from our DMX panel or through presets. We offer a custom broadcast desk with additional lights on the columns, top and chin lights. The stage includes a fully interactive 86" television which may be used as a background graphics or as a video feed, illustration/slides or as an interactive whiteboard training tool. Two vertical 75" panels allow amazing customization and shelves and tons of RGB lights allow for completely different looks. LIVE STREAMING and VIDEO We are expertly equipped to provide live streaming and audio/video recording services. Let us know if we can be of assistance in this regard. AMENITIES There is a lobby/sitting area, vertical TV to make your guests/clients feel welcome and television (which can be used for entertainment or as a viewing screen for the main room). There is a dressing area/makeup station, catering area, shared kitchen and more! ARRIVAL AND SECURITY Details follow after booking. Remember that your booking starts at the start time and ends at the end time. We often have other guests and schedules to manage. Allow sufficient time to arrive, setup and prepare before your production time, and also to allow for completion, breakdown and clean-up. Your rental ends when the room is restored. We charge overtime at the designated rate for time approved in advance, and time-and-a-half for additional time on weekends or situations in which we are required to staff your event. EDITING STATION We can supply an editing station and have lots of options available. ADDITIONAL CHARGES The lot charges $15 per vehicle. We collect that and pass it through. In addition, we have an amazing collection of gear and tools available for your rental, including lighting, sound, cameras and a wide variety of other tools. Additional options are available for photographic gear, including strobes, and video shoots, including video lights, including Kino Flo 4x4s, LED panels, Quasars, fresnels, video switching and live production systems, field recorders, quality microphones, and much much more is available. We have a wide variety of cameras, including a Canon C300IIs, PocketCinema 6k and 4k, Blackmagic 4k Studio II, DVX200s, UX90s, PTZ Cameras, 360 Cameras and an Edgertronic 20,000 fps Camera, 2,000,000th second t.1 flashes.
