Available space for use is approximately 1200 sq. ft on the first floor of three floors and features original woodwork with antique built-ins and historic details, high ceilings, a fireplace with wood wood-burning stove, and exposed brick. The space includes a dining room, kitchen, and double parlor/living room. The dining room table comfortably seats 6. Living room sofas seat approximately 10 with extra chairs. The space accommodates approximately 40 standing. There is street parking available and is located close to public transportation. The Green Line and busses are a few blocks away.
