This is our home and we spent a number of years renovating to bring it to where it is today - which we hope you agree is amazing. Formerly a bakery, we have transformed the upper part of our two family townhouse into a luxurious sunlit open space. From the entry foyer you walk up a flight of stairs to the open plan living space. Featured here is custom millwork and a gorgeous custom built George Smith sofa that can easily seat 8 people, while additional hand picked mid century pieces complement the area. The living room adjoins the kitchen which is centered around a marble island that extends to a dining table and beyond to the outdoor space (another 400sf). The marble backsplash mirrors the island and is truly breathtaking, and a bespoke pivot door opens the entire space to the outdoors where we recently planted a bamboo screen on two sides, leaving the breathtaking view of the nearby gothic church across the road. Upstairs you'll find the master suite with an incredibly decadent bathroom complete with steam shower. An office is also located on this floor and will not be made available under any circumstances. We keep this space as a refuge for our two cats who will be present during the production. A rooftop garden is located on the eastern side of the roof (approx 200sf) while the western side has a smaller space which is perfect for cocktails at sundown.

This is our home which we share with two cats and a dog. Please note, the cats will be present during your shoot. We will occupy the office/second bedroom during the duration of the production and make ourselves available to answer questions and assist in any way necessary during setup. The office will also provide a safe space for our cats should they need. A regular cleaning service attends to the space before and after each shoot, however we ask that all attendees provide proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID test in accordance with production guidelines. The list of all attendees shall be provided prior to entering the space.
