Morrocan Dance Studio in Downtown Bethesda

Normally a world dance studio, this 1800 square foot space in the heart of Bethesda's Woodmont Triangle restaurant district can easily be transformed into a magical Arabian Nights experience. It includes 15 foot ceilings, over 50 Moroccan lanterns (all for sale), a Middle Eastern front room with a tiled counter, antique carved wood arch and tile fountain in addition to the main 1000 foot studio space with one restroom. • 4 large speakers • Free Parking Garage Across the street on the weekends • Metered Street Parking • Outside Food & Beverage Allowed COVID RESTRICTIONS: Montgomery County requires 200 sq. ft. / person for dance classes, therefore we can only host groups up to 5 dancers at a time. Masks must be worn while dancing. For production crews only talent can be without a mask and the space can hold 7-8. During pre-COVID times dance classes hold 25 moving bodies. Standing or seated on chairs the space can accommodate about 50 guests. Round table seating brings the number down to 45. The acoustics are good when the rugs are down. It is a 5 minute walk from the Metro (red line) and directly across the street from a large public parking garage (free on the weekends).
