PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BEFORE SENDING BOOKING REQUEST: This is a set design studio. None of the sets are permanent installs and we build EVERY set to order. You can only book this studio if you are adding a set or multiple sets to the booking. If you are not needing a set to be built out, please do not book this space, we will decline the request. Whichever set/s you want, you would add to the request before you send. All set costs are a flat rate cost and can be seen in the "Add-ons" section of this page. The first set would be built prior to your arrival. Set breakdown and new set build will take approximately 30 minutes to an hour depending on the size and complexity of the set. *The $50 per hour Peerspace fee secures your time here, offers both parties insurance and pays for your dedicated studio manager and set design / lighting technician hourly. * There are maximum booking time amounts depending on which kit / set you want to use. If only booking one kit / set less than $400, you can only book for 2 hours. Single kits / sets ranging from $400 - $600 can be booked up to 3 hours. $650+ single kits / sets can be booked up to 4 hours. If you are looking for a space just to use as a space, bringing your own lighting and set design equipment, we are not the right fit for you.
