New uniquely designed Storefront with lots of room for photoshoots, video shoots, intimate events and more... The space has high ceilings, lots of different corners and bright natural light! It also has a raised lofted space above the main floor . There are massive light fixtures, track lights along each side of the room, terracotta cement floors, shelving fixtures, plenty of small and interesting oddments and conversation pieces. There is also a roomy bathroom and separate kitchen area. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and sink. There is no oven or stove. Situated in Chicago's Bucktown/Wicker Park neighborhood, this space is a wonderful option to hold your event or photo shoot in an urban setting outside of the downtown loop area.
