Studio 2 is a 2,000 sq. ft. studio featuring a 1,300 sq. ft. stage with a cycloroma wall that’s the perfect backdrop for music videos, photo shoots, green screen interviews, and more. The unique mezzanine grants you a top-down perspective for all of your creative camera angles or use it as a lounge space for your talent. Located in Southwest Berkeley, our building features 50,000 sq. ft. of operable space. Also located in-house are our production partners, Ranahan Production Services and Little Giant Lighting & Grip Co. We are happy to act as your liaison to procure their services during your time with us. We have limited parking onsite which is subject to availability. Please let us know about any parking requirements so we can work with you on a parking plan. Studio Amenities - Approx. 2000 sq. ft. (41.5' wide x 46.5' deep) - Lighting grid 16' high - 1-wall seamless white cyclorama with painted white cyc floor - Custom-built sound-dampening barn doors - Distribution box with 200 amp, 3 phase power - Furnished mezzanine with couch, bar-height tables & stools - Kitchenette with sink, fridge, cabinets & counter space - Client lounge annex furnished with leather couch & coffee table - Ground floor accessible with truck-height loading doors & optional cart/dolly/wheelchair ramp - Rental rate covers a 10 hr day - Overtime and weekends are possible for an additional fee with advance notice. Health is our top priority. With our updated COVID-response, we ensure to keep our space sanitized and safe. To keep you safe, we are doing the following: Our staff is trained on CDC, state and local health guidelines and is C19CO and SafeSet certified. Masks are mandatory in the building. With 30' high ceilings, expansive studios stretching over 44,000 square feet and windows that reach the ceiling, we are able to provide air ventilation throughout our space. Hand sanitizer is located at the entrances of all common areas and studios. Exterior high contact areas, such as handles, keys and lock boxes, are sanitized regularly. With the help of our partners, equipment is cleaned and disinfected upon return. We have sanitation kits and PPE available onsite. Touchless Thermometers are available on site for personal use.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
