Large enough to fit your whole crew but a size that won't require an excess amount of extras to make it look full. There is a back stage green room perfect for your artist to get ready. We're in a constant state of improvement, and we encourage tours so you can see if the space is the right fit for your needs. Located within a collective workspace for creatives, there’s often a buzz of energy throughout the compound. While your rental space is private, please note that other spaces within the building may be in use during your booking, and the rooms are not soundproof. We're an off-grid property, and each space comes with a power source that provides the equivalent of one standard circuit of electricity. If you need additional power, we offer extra power sources for rent—just let us know in advance. All spaces in the compound have access to the on-site bathroom, which is shared among guests. Please be aware. Any time booked between 11:30 pm - 6 am will be charged at $175 an hour. Week Day rate: $35 an hour (Monday - Friday) 11am-4pm Week Night Rate: $60 an hour Monday - Thursday 4pm-11:30pm Weekend Rate $85 Friday 4pm - 11:30pm Saturday -6am - 11:30pm Sunday 6am - 11:30pm Late night rate: $175 Monday-Sunday 11:30pm-6am Early morning rate: $85 Monday - Friday 6am - 11am 10% discount is offered for booking of 8 hours or more. Evening events with more than 35 people will require hired security. Although we allow alcohol to be responsibly served but not sold. We do not have a liquor license. To serve alcohol at evening events you must pay a $150 corkage fee. ***Please note all events on a holiday are chagred at time and a half. ***
