Cute Little Apartment for Female Character or Pianist

Small crew shooting! 500 sf shot-gun layout apartment 1bd/1ba, feminine decor, grand piano, wood laminate floors throughout, sectional, lots of gold mirrors, great energy! 95-lb Boxer-Bulldog also available, but he might steal the show. My apartment is near the Rose Bowl and Old Town. There's a plaza 5 min. walk with Starbucks, Blaze Pizza, Grocery, Donuts, Sally's Beauty, and great Mexican food around the corner. Although it's small, this would be an especially great space to shoot a storyline with a female, pianist, musician, or professional. One-half of a duplex house, no real yard (the yard is unkept), craftsman manufactured exterior. It is really small at 500 sq feet, but cozy. Working-class neighborhood. The show "Shameless" is shot on the next block, so that can give you an idea. It's mixed. There are some pretty houses right alongside some gritty parts of the neighborhood. Since this is my personal residence, I'm able to book during school breaks Dec-Jan, Jun-Aug. But other times may be possible, please inquire. If there is an unavailable day but it is adjacent to your shooting day or you need a M-Th day, please inquire. I will always do my best to accommodate you. Considerations: 1. You'll need to light from the INSIDE and this is a very tight space. 2. The driveway is shared with three households, so please accommodate while loading in. We all try to be mindful of keeping the driveway clear. 3. There may be some noise from the next door neighbor which I cannot control.
