ABOUT THE SPACE: Literally the most beautiful view of the HOLLYWOOD SIGN and surrounding Beachwood Canyon on earth. This is the very first time this iconic property has been available for shooting. There are several decks and a huge outdoor cement patio area, all with stunning views. The 2 story house has two bedrooms and a glass loft over the vaulted ceiling living room, open kitchen and huge sliding glass doors that open onto the pool and patio fire pit. The very large upstairs deck off the master bedroom has panoramic views. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS LOCATION is the incredible natural light that floods over the entire property from sunrise to sunset. We have the space to create whatever mood you can imagine. IMPORTANT: Posted rates apply to standard business hours which are Monday – Friday 8am to 9pm. Weekends are $375 per hour. For productions only, Hours are calculated when the first person arrives and last person leaves. No refunds for any unused time. Booking minimum 2 hours. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
