Our space is a full-service rental photography and video studio, meeting and event space. Measuring 1500 square feet with 12 foot ceilings, we offer an open floor plan flooded with natural, soft, north-facing light and fabulous views of the Empire State building. Equipped with a newly-renovated chef's kitchen, designer furniture, full bathroom, freight elevator, and WiFi connectivity. We offer all the amenities and services needed for a wide variety of photo/video shoots and events. Our space features beautifully remodeled shoot-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a deep undermounted sink, caeserstone counters, a fully tiled backsplash, functional kitchen window, moveable butcher block prep table with cooktop and wrap-around cabinets. Our studio is fully aware of the needs, wants, and demands of photographers, clients and art directors alike. With an acute attention to detail and an understanding that things may not go according to plan, we offerr prospective renters the environment, tools and skills to make every shoot successful. IQ Air Purifiers will turn on 1 hour before call times. Each studio (Kitchen Space, 8th FL Kitchen, 6th FL Kitchen, & Living Space) will have their own unit. Each unit cleans 1500 square feet within minutes. Starting at or 5 minutes before the call time, a studio team member will wipe down every door handle(inside studios and in public hallways), common surface, faucet, and toilet on the 6th, 7th, and 8th Floors. This process will commence every hour of the shoot day, and after the day has wrapped and the crew has left the studio. Should there be active capture on set with sound, the Producer on set will notify a studio team member when a shot has been finished so that the door handles and faucets close to set can be wiped down. Twice a day a studio team member will be spraying all fabric furniture with Lysol. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
