Excellent production studio for video shoots and still photo shoots. Excellent sound quality for audio recording. Interior features include 18-foot ceilings plus LOTS of (controllable) natural day light plus full black out. Large, unobstructed main shooting space. Ample power, temperature controlled AC/Heat, stereo system, wireless network, full kitchen, comfortable interior and exterior client areas. Building is West facing with windows on the West, East and South sides. Clean and modern aesthetic, while maintaining the historic integrity of the property. Beautiful architectural details include open beam barrel-roof ceilings, oversized hand-crafted wood doors, stained concrete flooring and exposed brick walls. Outdoor brick patio and pond plus WW2 era Quonset hut. Rentals include C-stands, Apple Boxes, sandbags, foam-core, additional lighting and grip equipment is available separately.

Typically there are several days between shoots. All surfaces start clean. Soap and disposable paper towels are provided at all sinks as well as hand sanitizer available throughout the space. One person is assigned to wipe surfaces, door handles, etc. throughout the day, this person can be provided by the studio or someone from the crew can take care of this. All crew must wear masks while inside the building. There is a backyard/parking area for lunch and for the crew to be outside when not needed in the space. We do our best to keep the studio safe.
