We offer 1,000 - 4,000 square feet of production space available for video, film, photography and fine art uses. Green room(s) are available for an extra fee of $300 per day. We don't have additional lighting, backdrops or other equipment on site, we rent the space as a blank canvas. Located in the historic downtown Courthouse Square building, The Great Room has 10' windows & mid-century modern design. -Photography, art, music - $150/ hr -Film and video production - $1,400 - $3,000 flat rate for am/pm block rental Extras: -Green room(s) - $300 per room/day Additional complimentary amenities include: Sound system with 3.5mm jack (phone or iPad) HD projector and screen On-site event staff Kitchenette w/ microwave, refrigerator, kettle, counter space

ENTRY POLICIES - By entering The Pioneer Collective, you are confirming that you have not had a cough or shortness of breath or two or more of the following symptoms in the last 14 days: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or sense of smell. - It is mandatory to wear a face-covering while in the space (both nose and mouth must be covered). - If you or someone in your household has a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, please inform a staff member immediately. ([email protected]) CLEANING & DISINFECTING POLICIES - Building management has changed all HVAC filters and will continue to do so regularly - In addition to nightly cleaning, TPC Staff will make regular sweeps to disinfect high touch areas throughout the work day.  - Wipes will also be provided in all work areas. Member should abide by "gym rules," wiping down areas in which they've worked each time they leave an area. - Hand sanitizer will be located in common areas and all entry and exit points, however, this is not a substitute for washing your hands. - Members and staff are expected to wash hands per CDC guidelines when entering common areas, the kitchen, and when leaving the restrooms. SOCIAL DISTANCING POLICIES - The common space has been re-designed to allow for proper social distancing - Per hour capacity will be limited to 10 members at a time per floor (10,000 square feet) - increasing over time - Please sit at designated spots only and refrain from moving chairs or furniture - Members within private offices are required to practice social distancing within their space - To prevent bottlenecks, follow designated one-way traffic patterns. Don't exit the space the same way you entered. - Phone booths are closed until further notice, rooms 102 and 103 (Seattle) and Rainier Rooms (Tacoma) will be available first come first basis for phone calls, limited to one person at a time.
