Our beautiful, rustic/chic commercial loft in the heart of Little Italy is perfect for all kinds of parties and kitchen rentals. We have hosted catering companies doing prep for large outside events, film and photography shoots, catered parties with private chefs (bring your own!) and product launches. Although this is one big room, the kitchen and prep area is distinct from the dining area, which has two large, reclaimed wood tables and seating for up to 32 people. For standing events, 40 people can be accommodated. We are fully supplied with plates, wine glasses, water glasses, and cutlery. The dining area looks out over a private outdoor landscaped deck. There are two bathrooms, and access to the space is via a large elevator that opens from the sidewalk. Perfect for bringing in equipment and supplies, or for guests with mobility issues. We are located on Mulberry Street between Grand and Hester within easy reach of both Chinatown, Soho, and the Lower East Side.
