We will install your preferred backdrop color free of charge. If the backdrop remains off the floor, its use is complimentary; if it’s pulled onto the floor and stepped on, a backdrop replacement fee may apply. The space also includes a loft-style corner with furniture and textured walls, perfect for lifestyle, portrait, or editorial shoots. SERVICES In addition to studio rental, we also provide professional photography and videography services for your projects. Whether you’re producing a commercial, music video, podcast, or social media content, our experienced team can assist at every stage — from concept development and lighting setup to shooting and post-production. AMENITIES AND COMFORT The studio offers a comfortable and functional environment for creators and teams of all sizes. Amenities include a makeup station, wardrobe rack, steamer, private restroom, Wi-Fi, and a lounge area with seating. For climate control, the space is equipped with portable AC units and fans to maintain a comfortable temperature during sessions. ON-SITE SUPPORT If a studio manager or assistant is present during your session, they can help with setup, lighting adjustments, or technical support. You may also ask them about how to receive a free hour for your present session. If no manager is on-site, these options may not be available at that time. AMBIENT NOISE DESCRIPTION Please note that the studio is in a shared building, and occasional noise from neighboring units may occur. We do our best to minimize any disturbance, but absolute sound isolation is not guaranteed.
