    This home was scouted and selected for the pilot shoot of NBC's Good Girls in 2017. If it is good enough for a crew of that size, it is not doubt outsized enough, to meet your needs! Perfect for a an outdoor meeting space, outdoor yoga, and so much more. The backyard vantage point is very private, tucked away from the public - - 2 vehicles maximum are able to be parked in the rear of property underneath carport, the rest must be parked on the street. Due to this property located in an older residential area, we can accommodate CORPORATE PARTIES / EVENTS of 25 or less only. . Perfect for a garden party, launch party , tasting party, and so much more. Host can provide an 8 ft long table / chairs. Additional table / chairs / coverings will need to be supplied by booking guest. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: NO PETS NOR ASSIST ANIMALS ALLOWED on the interior of property Bedrooms are not accessible with this listing, only a bathroom.
