This amazing classic Hollywood Hills Mansion is strategically located 5 minutes from Sunset Blvd and Laurel Canyon in West Hollywood. The backyard boasts a pool and hot tub. It overlooks the Hollywood Hills with a view of the Hollywood sign! BEST VIEW IN THE CITY!! Easy street parking, no permits. Perfect for filming - we've hosted many productions here along with events. Dramatic entry with accented staircase, marble floors, formal living room, formal room with pool table. Large open kitchen with center island, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. This is an ideal space for: • Private dinners • Networking events The backyard boasts a pool and hot tub and overlooks the Hollywood Hills with a view of the Hollywood sign! We also offer a TV set up with Apple TV and a whiteboard to suit your needs! We can negotiate a changing bedroom for an additional charge for crew, but usually the bedrooms are not included. We are unable to host late night parties as this time. House includes a site rep at no extra charge! Depending the type of event you are requesting, you might need additional event insurance.
