Sustainable Minimalist Designer Encinitas Home

Located in sunny Encinitas, near beautiful coastlines, sandy beaches, and a thriving downtown, this home retreat space was built based on the twelve human senses, established by 19th C architect and philosopher Rudolf Steiner. We are exited to share our passion for sustainability and well-being! This listing includes shared living spaces and rooftop only. Designing this space we looked to find products and materials that were created with passion and express authenticity, minimalism, and sustainability. We have always loved objects and materials that speak a mindful yet minimalist language. To fully experience the essence and true beauty of a material, it was important to design minimalist spaces with authentic and sustainable materials and artisanal products. We have sourced wonderful materials and products from artisans locally as well as from Mexico and Europe. We feature beautiful products from Object in Tijuana, who were essential in helping source most of the accessories and furniture, as well as Marrea Decor with their beautiful pillows and throws. We are less than two miles from Swamis beach, the Meditation Gardens, the Yogananda Center, and downtown Encinitas along historic Highway 101. We are approximately 25 miles from downtown San Diego and the San Diego International Airport.
