It's perfect for smaller-scale media projects like photoshoots, interviews, any wellness-related media productions, and workshops. This listing is for private usage of the studio space ONLY (before 9PM), the rest of the space is shared with everyone present at our wellness center. Rentals between 9PM and 6AM include BOTH the studio and the large wooden table/reception area. The rest of the premises include: -2 bathrooms -Large waiting area -Kitchenette with fridge and filtered water -Tables -Chairs -Yoga mats -Blankets -Seat cushions -Massage chair -An amazing community of wellness-minded practitioners and staff -Wellness services such as acupuncture, massage, craniosacral therapy, salt cave, etc. The space can be configured to your purpose, we keep it open for any suitable use. The rest of our space that is actively used for wellness sessions is located on the other side of the waiting area and reception. Located in the heart of Midtown, 3 blocks north of Bryant Park, near most subway lines. NO GARBAGE is allowed to be put on the side walk after any events on Sat and Sun, and it must be put in containers provided by the building on other days. If the landlord gets a ticket it will have to be covered by the rented party.
