1,500 sq. ft. studio in the heart of Santa Monica with a clean white cyclorama wall and 30 ft. high ceilings. The wall measures 25 feet x 9 feet. There is a large bay door (11 feet x 10 feet) that can be used to load and unload equipment. Skylights throughout provide beautiful natural lighting, but can be covered. Space will be cleared and cyc wall painted prior to your use, unless requested otherwise. NOTE: IF SKYLIGHTS NEED TO BE BLACKED OUT, THIS MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO START TIME OR AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL INCUR. If we don't have a conflict, we can extend with 1.5x rate for any subsequent hours after your scheduled time ends. Bookings are spaced out to allow time to thoroughly clean between guests. Among other cleaning, all trash is removed and surfaces are disinfected. Our large bay door can be opened to allow for air flow during your rental.
