Our space is located 2 blocks from the ferry terminal and 2 blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants that make Edmonds such a special place. The building was build by the owner of an engineering firm and his metal artist brother. It features customized I beams, metal barn doors and a beautiful steel and wood stairway in the lobby. On the second floor is a huge custom steel fish tank. A secure 40 car parking garage with an elevator makes this place very easy to access. The space was just finished and features a stained concrete floor, Reclaimed bleacher countertops, reclaimed wood and steel tables, an industrial/barn theme throughout, a projector with 100 inch screen, a 4 tap kegerator, a conference room and a phone booth. We are flexible with our rates and will entertain small groups as well as 100 person groups. We can have kegs brought in with beer, Kombucha, cold brew and/or tea. We can also supply large amounts of coffee. We do have staff as well if need be.
