Versatile Space Space can be used to host professional events as well as baby showers and small dinners. Living room and Loft upstairs/Multiple meetings can go on at once. Various seating areas/table sits 6 and kitchen island sits 4, but chairs can be taken from other areas to accommodate more people in one area. Space can host up to 30 people. Seating for everyone in chairs or sofas. Kitchen has complimentary coffee and tea available. (Keurig with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar available) Equipped Kitchen Catering is allowed/ Guests are responsible for disposing of all left in the space Access to outdoor space. Outdoor seating available. Backyard perfect for team building exercises outdoors. Park conveniently located within the neighborhood as well. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
