The driveway is convenient for truck load ins and load outs, and parks at least 6 cars. Rear of house has a 600 sq ft guest house, potentially available as well, and a detached 2 car garage. POSSIBLE ADDED GUEST HOUSE FEE: We rent out our Guest House nightly (AirBnb). You may be subject to an added charge of $85/hour or $395/day if your shoot falls on a reserved time/date for our Guest House rental.
