The space is a creative multi-purpose warehouse in Logan Heights near East Village/Downtown that is a perfect unique event space for small group events, intimate gatherings, workshops, photoshoots, conferences, parties, virtual-event filming, speaking events, and more. Mesures de santé et de sécurité renforcées

We will be implementing more cleaning procedures. You will see tubs of sanitizing wipes (or disinfecting spray and paper towels) in common spaces and at desks and tables. Please make sure that you are washing your hands frequently and wiping down surfaces you have touched in common areas with these wipes - especially the kitchen counter, coffee tools, area at the table where you've sat to eat, etc. We ask everyone to please do their part as you go throughout your day at the Factory. We will also be putting out additional hand sanitizer stations as well as options for single-use cups/cutlery/etc if you'd prefer that. Professional cleanings are scheduled weekly and between events, and guests are asked to wear masks in common spaces.
