Our 1,800 sq ft photo and video production studio is designed for professional photo shoots, video productions, interviews, content creation, and small commercial projects. The space is divided into two functional areas: • A fully equipped studio production room featuring a large infinity cyclorama wall • A comfortable green room and lounge for talent, clients, and production teams The studio features 15-foot ceilings and a professional lighting grid, allowing creators to rig lighting overhead and accommodate larger productions. The cyc comes pre-lit with five Aputure Nova P300c panels, synced to our studio iPad for full RGB and effects control. The 12’ x 20’ cyclorama (cyc) wall provides a clean, seamless backdrop ideal for commercial photography, product shoots, interviews, music videos, and branded content. South-facing windows provide abundant natural light, while blackout curtains allow for full light control when needed. The opposite studio wall also works well for lifestyle or naturally lit shoots, featuring both clean white wall space and exposed brick textures. A separate green room/lounge allows your team to relax, prep talent, review footage, or monitor the shoot while production is underway. Large Cyclorama Wall: The pre-lit 12' x 20' seamless cyc wall provides a clean, professional backdrop for commercial photography, interviews, branded content, and product shoots. The cyc is pre-lit with five Aputure Nova P300c panels, giving productions a powerful, color-controlled lighting setup right out of the gate. Many studios charge $200–400/day for these lights alone. 15' Ceilings with Lighting Grid: The overhead lighting grid allows productions to rig lights safely above the set, keeping floors clear and enabling more dynamic lighting setups. Separate Green Room & Lounge: Unlike many studios, this space includes a dedicated green room and lounge area where talent, clients, or crew can relax, prep, or monitor the shoot without interrupting production. Production-Friendly Building Access: With on-site parking, a freight elevator, and a loading dock, loading gear in and out is simple and efficient for production teams. Included Grip Package: Every booking includes access to a basic grip and production package, helping smaller productions arrive ready to shoot without needing to bring additional support gear. Studio Rules & Policies: To ensure a safe and professional environment for all productions, please review the following guidelines before booking. Official rules and regulations will be provided once booked. General Rules: • No smoking inside the studio or building • No open flames or hazardous materials • The cyclorama wall must be protected — stepping on the cyc must be approved in advance • Please return all grip equipment to the gear cage after use • Production must conclude within the booked time — setup and breakdown must occur within the booking window Cleaning & Reset: • The studio must be returned to the condition it was received • All trash must be placed in designated bins • Excessive mess or damage to the cyc wall may incur an additional cleaning or repaint fee Crew Size: • Maximum crew size: 25 people. Larger productions may be approved upon request • Recommended crew size: 10–15 people Noise: • We are in a shared building, which means occasional noise from the tenant and hallway traffic. • Please be mindful of other tenants in the building when playing music or recording audio. Optional Add-Ons & Production Upgrades: Additional equipment and services can be added to your booking to streamline your production.
