The walls are thin so the space is for quiet photo shoots or otherwise minimum-noise events. This second floor boutique studio is located in the established Dilworth area of Charlotte. Nearby parks, restaurants and small businesses make this a desirable location just outside of Uptown. Approximately 700 square feet and an open floor plan with gray hardwoods make this a great space for any purpose. A wall of windows provides beautiful natural light making this a great photo studio. A bathroom is provided. Furniture includes 2 couches, 1 Soft High-back chair, a coffee table, as well as two ghost chairs and wooden table. Spacious closet houses a Nespresso coffee machine, mini - refrigerator, clothing racks, and some photography accessories. Photography equipment available for use includes: -3 Elinchrom strobes with transmitter. -Various light modifiers -V-flats for reflection or backgrounds -Tall Flat panels to block windows light -White seamless paper backdrop -Green seamless paper backdrop -Black seamless paper backdrop -27" Apple Thunderbolt Display with tether., (Bring your own MacBook and Lightroom) -Wacom Tablet and Pen *No cameras or lenses are available for use. **The space is located on the second floor accessible by stairs only.
