Located conveniently in Koreatown in the center of LA. Our large conference room can seat up to 8 people at the table with standing room for 6-7 additional people. Conference room has 50+ inch flat screen w/ Chromecast & HDMI. Wi-Fi throughout office. We also have a smaller conference room. We are a modern law firm with 16 private offices (you will have access to 14 of the best ones), 12 cubicles, a large conference room, waiting room and 2 add'l front office workstations. Almost every room has windows + cityscape views. Conference room + far left office boasts views of Hollywood sign & Griffith Observatory on a clear day! Lots of natural light, very clean-looking. Perfect for vertical short series, documentary/interview-style filming, even horror! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: - WE HAVE A STRICT SIX-HOUR MINIMUM, PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN AN INQUIRY FOR LESS. - WE ARE A WORKING OFFICE & REACHABLE M-F ONLY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:30AM-4:45PM, office holidays excluded. OUTSIDE OF THESE TIMES, DO NOT EXPECT A RESPONSE AND PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WITH RESPECT TO OUR TIME, SPACE, + EMPLOYEES' PERSONAL EFFECTS. Weekday bookings start at 7PM. - $2,000,000 Comprehensive GENERAL LIABILITY Insurance, covering Bodily Injury Property Damage and Statutory Workers Compensation required for use of freight elevator and/or loading dock. ADDITIONAL INSURED INFORMATION: 3250 Wilshire Boulevard Partners 3250 Wilshire Boulevard Suite 704 Los Angeles, CA 90010 - YOUR BOOKING IS LOCKED IN 48-72 HRS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED DAY & TIME. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES AFTER THIS DEADLINE. Your site rep will be present during your booking to handle any emergencies - AC NOT included except Saturdays 9AM - 1PM. Outside that timeframe, AC costs an extra $75/hour, must be in a continuous timeframe, and can be arranged the week prior UPON REQUEST. ENSURE YOU HAVE BOOKED ALL OF THE AC YOU WILL NEED IN ADVANCE, AS THERE ARE NO CHANGES ONCE LOCKED IN. - If you would like us to come earlier than the scheduled time for loading, you will need to book that extra half hour/hour. PLAN TO INCLUDE SETUP AND PACK-DOWN TIME IN YOUR BOOKING, PER PEERSPACE RULES. The office opens at the beginning of your scheduled booking, and closes at the end of your scheduled booking, without exception. Please plan for time to take photos of the areas used prior to moving any items or furniture, and a walkthrough with the supervising crew member and our supervising site rep. - ABSOLUTELY NO FILMING PERMITTED BEYOND OFFICE DOORS. Failure to abide will result in being asked to leave without a refund. - FOR OVERTIME, we charge 1.5 x the full hour, as we cannot guarantee that the person on duty will be able to extend their scheduled time. - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING ALL TAPE + ENSURING CEILING TILES HAVE BEEN REPLACED CORRECTLY, AND PLUGGING IN EQUIPMENT AS IT WAS FOR OFFICE USE MONDAY MORNING. - Please note most plants in our office are real. Use your site rep & caution when moving! - PARKING: Sunday metered parking is free. For the parking garage on New Hampshire, parking costs $2 per 15 minutes, and maxes out at $18 per day. Parking spaces for large/oversized vehicles are by the entrance. Security will have been notified and will be available to direct you to visitor parking if you desire. DO NOT park in reserved spots. Lost ticket pays Max (press lost ticket button on screen & pay downstairs w/ cash/credit card, or at entrance w/ credit card/Apple pay, then use that ticket to exit). Parking office closed weekends - We offer a 10% discount on 8+ hr bookings. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM MESSAGING IN TO ASK FOR FURTHER DISCOUNTS.
