Various walls are finished in Chanel type black textured fabric as well as clean, white exposed block walls. The floors are natural concrete with vintage styled rugs. The ceiling of the facility is fitted with soffit mounted color tunable ambient lighting. The studio has a large separate private restroom and outdoor patio. Starbucks is across the street along with tons of various other coffee shops [Longevity], restaurants, bar/grills, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, etc. within walking distance. Conveniently located off the 101 / Hampshire exit at the Ferrari Dealership [101 Southbound]. Tons of free parking in the studio / venue lot and the street.
