Explore and shoot your photography or video project on the expansive grounds and inside the FIRST FLOOR, PORCH and LAWN of the historic Henry Lee House. Built in 1894, the home boasts all original millwork and carpentry on the floors, windows and doorways. The entry / foyer is still dressed in the home's original wall paper with exposed lathe on several walls. The home has large windows in all rooms to allow for all natural light shoots if needed. The south and west walls of the entry have massive amber, blue and clear stained glass that catch all of Denver's lovely lighting. Early evening is quite the golden hour in the home as the stained glass warms the light and all of the rich wood work glows. The original green glazed tile fireplace and brass surround are in tact in the parlor. The space has been updated with a curated mix of contemporary and collector vintage furnishings to bring a casual, decorator vibe to the interior. All visible art is copyright free. THERE IS A PARLOR, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, FULL BEDROOM, AND TWO BATHROOMS AVAILABLE WITH THE RENTAL. ADDITIONALLY THE WRAP AROUND STONE PORCH AND ENTIRE YARD CAN BE UTILIZED AS WELL. ONLY THE FIRST FLOOR AND GROUNDS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. **If guests are found to have entered or used the second floor or any space other than the included first floor, an additional charge of $100 will be added after the Booking**

The hosts will only check you in outside in a socially distanced manner and not be present on the first floor for your rental duration. In addition to wiping all surfaces with disinfecting wipes (tables, mantles, furniture, stairs, counter tops, door knobs, and stair railings) we are enforcing 24 hour minimum gaps between all bookings. Weather-permitting the windows and doors are opened daily to increase fresh air circulation inside the home. All floors are vacuumed regularly. All bathroom surfaces are disinfected before and between every rental. Gloves, hand sanitizing gel, and disinfecting wipes can be provided for guests. The Property Manager will maintain wearing a mask at all times and limit interaction by staying respectfully separate on the second floor of the house which is a restricted space to guests.
