Book our lovely studio and make your event pop! Our studio is an 800 sq foot open floor plan flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Positioned on the 2nd floor, up above the hustle and bustle, it provides that intimate feel of a lovely oasis away from the city's distractions on the ground floor. We're located in the heart of Bedford-Stuyversant, a vibrant community with picturesque brownstones, lively cafes, and eclectic shops. Your guests can easily access the studio one block from the Nostrand A/C subway or many bus stops, along with the added convenience of unpaid parking. Our studio is perfect for small video, film shoots, yoga classes, popups, meet-ups, lectures, dance rehearsals, small group fitness, workshops, or intimate gatherings. Our studio also has aerial rigging, which can be hung from to get creative with setup or popup design. Our many live plants and greenery grounds and comforts your guests. It's one of the best-designed yoga studios in the borough and one of the few aerial yoga studios in New York; the layout is rectangular. We can accommodate up to 50+ standing guests, 35 sitting on the floor, and 23 yoga mats. Our rates are some of the best on the platform. We keep rates low by eliminating the cleaning fee if your event is shoe-less. We have an enormous shoe rack for your guest. However, if you need to wear shoes within our space, you can choose the Shoe Add-on for a flat rate. Setup and break-down time are included in the hours you book, so please take that into account upon booking our space. We allow a 10-minute grace period, and after that, a full hour will be charged. There are additional Add-ons for food & beverage, use of the aerial rigging, and yoga prop use; we can also provide rates for a certified yoga or aerial instructor! **Rates do change depending on the number of people and times of the week** Play with the times to receive the best rates available.
