Home has a spacious 1200 sq ft. open floor layout downstairs. Total area of home structure is 2400 sq feet. and yard itself is over 5000 square feet. Yard area is great for small events and soccer/games/ filming a gathering. Very well geared for family / work get togethers. This downstairs space leads directly to integrated kitchen and French doors to deck and large backyard. Deck area comes with table and foldable chairs. Home is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath space with each room decorated with styles from California, Spain, Brazil, and east Asia, -- all areas where we have lived. Home also has high ceilings (about 12 feet). Home is located in DC very close to downtown monuments (a 15 minute drive away), close to H street shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the Deanwood metro. The Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens are about a five minute walk away, and its boardwalk are stunning! Note that we have a guesthouse on the property that is rented out completely separately, so please do not try to access it. The homes have their own entrances, and we ask that noise levels be quiet by 9:30pm out of consideration for the guest there. There is ample parking for your crew either on the driveway which can accommodate up to three cars. There is also plenty of parking directly in front of the street. Note the tent pictured in the photos was used for holding a bridal shower for 65, but the tent and additional chairs and tables must be rented out separately and has been included to give an idea of what sort of events can be held on the property.
