Sun-Drenched Modern Haven: Your Ultimate Setting for Photo and Video Creation

Come into this wonderfully decorated and updated home! This house is originally a beautiful Craftsman (still touched with inlaid wooden floors and curved arched doorways and windows) with modern updates and excellent decor that can be found in Dwell magazine. The house is wonderfully charming and decorated with love in a very mid-century eclectic way. Our front room has beautiful floor to ceiling rounded windows that lets in a warm light just perfect for shooting in the afternoon, a very unique look for a documentary or interview or fitness app. Our kitchen is newly redone with a modern sensibility; large sliding glass doors and a quartzite/marble island which makes a photoshoot for food or flowers an instant vision! For an extra rate per hour (upon availability and asking) we also have a beautiful en-suite bedroom and bathroom with a luxurious concrete soaking tub in the lower level of the house. Our backyard is a garden oasis. The kitchen opens up to a deck to catch the morning sun and afternoon rays and cascades down to a patio with a gas fire pit and lounge furniture, great for a cozy shoot of friends or family enjoying a fireside moment. Our house has been in photo shoots ranging from HBO documentaries, to Farmgirl Flowers to Tillamook cheese! Super versatile and ready for your team to shoot. The house has two levels. The main floor houses the bathroom, kids room, master bedroom, living rooms and kitchen. If you require the downstairs master bedroom and bathroom, there is an extra fee of $75 an hour. The photos of these two rooms are the last in the series of photos of our listing. We rent this space out separately usually through Airbnb so we need to coordinate to see its availability upon request. This area has lower light (requiring extra lighting) but is still an excellent space to stage, use for a makeup room, or shoot in as well. The bathtub is beyond amazing if you are doing a bathroom setting. This unit has a separate entrance, but can also be accessed from the top floor/inside the house. As we also live in this house we ask that you are very conscious of using our furniture and wiping things down. You are more than welcome to move our personal belongings around for your shoot or keep them in to shoot for props. We will require a liability insurance to protect our belongings in the event that something happens. We take Covid safety seriously and make our best effort to provide a safe environment, following CDC guidelines. The home will be sanitized prior to productions, and hand sanitizer/soap will be provided. Masks are required in the home for crew members, but talent will not be required to wear them while in hair/makeup or shooting. We also ask that you take off your shoes when in the home or put on booties to protect our floors. Booties will be provided. Ram board will be required for shoots where equipment might damage the floors. We ask that you eat in the kitchen or outdoors and in no other part of the house.
